7.) Streaming media is allowed if it is your own content.
8.) Resellers are to provide support to their clients, we are not responsible for providing support to your clients in any way. If a resellers client is abusing our servers we have the right to suspend there account. The reseller should manage and make sure no abuse is happening.
9.) If you are on our shared server you may only use 20% of the toal server resourses and no one account must not exceed server resourses of 40% for over 2 minutes.

10.) Torrents and Warez are not allowed. Proxies are not allowed on your Shared and Reseller plans.
11.) Abuse to the TOS or any of our services will lead to an account suspension or termination without any warning(s).
12.) Shared and Reseller hosting accounts may not be used as an storage device.
13.) Rapidleech is NOT allowed on the free package. However you may use Rapidleech on a paid account as long as the content is kept legal.
14.) Free accounts are subject to only one account per person. If your site does not ping to our server IP we will terminate your account to make room for new users without warning.
15.) You may not use unsolicited email to promote your site Drip Host reserves the right to block or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior by the webmaster towards Drip Host, its staff or its users, which has been validated on public or private forums You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content By joining Drip Host you automatically receive our Drip Host E-News newsletter and occasional special promotions. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by following the given instructions within the newsletter.
16.) Free accounts who do not have content on there page while trying to access it, those that have no content that cant be seen without a password, or those who use bandwidth and have no content for public will be suspended or terminated.

Payments, Fees, and Failure to pay:
Accounts that reach 5 days past there due date will be suspended and are subject to a late fee. If there is still no payment within 15 days of contacting you, your account may and will be terminated.

Account Cancellation:
If you require to have your account canceld for any reason you must do so 7 days before the end of the month. If you fail to cancel your service before 7 days you will have to pay for the next month and that amount will not be refundable. To have your account canceled please email support@driphost.com or submit a ticket to us by loging into your control panel. If you decide to cancel your account we will keep your account on our serveres for one month before deleting everything, this is if you decide to reactive your account your files will still be there. However there is a 5 dollar account reactivation fee.

Free accounts are subject to only one account per person. If you are using more then one account we will terminate both accounts. By using a free account you agree to allow ads. Any removal of ads or the trying to remove ads will result in an automatic termination.

Responsibility for Content:
You, as DripHost.com's customer are solely responsible for the content stored on and served.
You are responsible to monitor your clients sites and their conduct and activity.
Charge backs and paypal disputes will be an automatic account termination regardless of the out come).
Drip Host is not responsibe for any data or backup lost due to hardware failures. It is your responsibility to have recent back ups of your and your clients accounts. However we do backups weekly and if something happens to the server and the backups we can not be held responsible.
You must provide a valid email address Drip Host is not responsible for the content of any personal home page, nor do the opinions or ideas expressed in user-generated web pages necessarily reflect those of Drip Host. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored in any way before they appear on Drip Host. You may not set up a "gateway" site on the Drip Host server. A "gateway" site is one which serves only as an entrance to the actual site located on a non-Drip Host server By using a free account you agree and understand that Drip Host will provide you with limited support.
Drip Host reserves the right to change or modify the TOS at any time.
Drip Host has the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
